Check out our new research page where you will find information on current research being conducted by staff at the Herbarium. Also browse the CS specimens by county map now available on our webpages. This map shows the number of specimens in CS collected in each county. This map enables us to locate areas which need more collecting.
The herbarium is scheduled to be open weekly Tuesday 9-4, Wednesday 9-4, and Thursday 10-4 , but it is best to call before coming by to insure that the staff are not out on errands or field trips.
Jennifer Ackerfield is the collections manager of the herbarium. Feel free to contact her if you would like to make an individual appointment to use the herbarium and its resources, or if you have questions about the herbarium. The plant photographs on all of the herbarium pages were taken by her, please ask permission before copying any of them.
